1 hour - can be done face to face or on zoom Even if you dont suffer from tummy troubles - Nutrition is key for your success to reclaim your health. Toxicity and deficiency are the root cause of ALL illnesses, diseases and conditions. If you have made a commitment to yourself to improve your health then this service will be a vital step towards it. We will go over your current diet and how can we improve on it We will discuss supplements that can help you We will cover habits that can help you to make better choices and we will have a plan for moving forward. You will receive a detailed email with everything we covered and what to do next.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Once you have booked your slot and made payment you must put this in your diary. You wont be able to cancel an appointment but you can reschedule it with 48 hours prior notice. If whatever reason you missed your appointment and had to reschedule it there will be a charge of £15 to do so. My aim is to help as many people as possible and for that I need my time to be managed effectively.
